We recommend booking appointments 12 to 24 hrs in advance and canceling or rescheduling 4 hours in advance to avoid  services fees. If you reschedule less than 4 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. If you cancel 2 hours or less from the appointment start time you will be charged the full booking rate.
