Guest Policy
Appointments
We recommend booking your appointment well in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service. A credit card and phone number are required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Series & Product Purchases
All purchases of series, packages, and products are final sale, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to other services or items.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will accommodate you with the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling will incur a 100% charge for the missed session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. A 50% charge will apply to cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows will be charged in full.
Gratuities
Gratuities are a thoughtful way to show appreciation for your therapist’s service. Please note that only cash gratuities are accepted.
Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years old. Minors aged 16 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, children under 6 years old are not allowed in the spa.
